Professional services

A service engagement begins only when the parties accept a written proposal, scope or agreement. That document should define deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, assumptions, timelines and exclusions.

Clients remain responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing deliverables, making organisational decisions and submitting documents to relevant authorities unless the written scope expressly states otherwise.

Fees, timelines and changes

Fees are supplied through a quotation. Timelines depend on timely access to information, client feedback and third-party availability. Changes outside the agreed scope may require an amended quotation or timeline.

Any cancellation, postponement, refund or rescheduling terms stated in an accepted proposal take precedence over these general website terms.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Bakubung retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates and know-how unless otherwise agreed. A client may use final paid deliverables for the organisation and purpose described in the accepted scope.

Each party should protect confidential information received during an engagement, subject to lawful disclosure obligations and agreed service-provider access.
